The Department offers contractors the use of a 3/4" meter which must be set in a secured, insulated or heated area on their construction site. A deposit of $400.00 will be required prior to the meter set. The meter will removed when the permanent meter is set. At such time, consumption and fees will be calculated and a bill will be generated against the deposit. A bill or a refund will be issued.
