The Southington Water Department along with Woodard and Curran, the Department's project engineer and the Stephen B Church Company, ground water specialists, have begun drilling a new municipal water well on the south side of town. The new well will replace the older Well 2 that has been producing water for over 50 years. By keeping up with current water demands, the Board of Water Commissioners is ensuring the Town has an adequate water supply moving into the future.
